SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders usually ship the next business day, unless otherwise noted in the product description. Items ordered Friday after 12:00pm, or on holidays will be shipped the next business day.
Ground delivery arrives in 4-10 business days. Orders shipped to AK, HI, PR, and GU are shipped priority mail and may take up to 3 weeks for delivery.

RETURNS

Purchases may be returned within 10 days of the day you received the order, in original condition and packaging for a complete refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please contact us at customerservice@thatgypsystore.com for a return authorization number before returning any merchandise. This Return Authorization number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package or the package will not be accepted at our store.

Returns must be postmarked within 10 days of the date you receive your order. ALL SALES ARE FINAL AFTER 10 DAYS!!
